I have purchased 2 different Bullfrog Spa's in the near recent past. The service and experience buying from Sierra Hot Tub Co. was far easier, all-inclusive, and just better than on the spa purchased in Santa Monica, CA. Examples: Sierra Hot Tub came and set up the spa, filled the water, got it running, checked the initial chemicals, all included. With the other vendor, the spa showed up on a truck with a delivery company and no one from the retailer so I had to figure out how to start it up. Electrical set up, crane, etc. was all significantly easier and better with Sierra. Highly recommended.

I researched multiple spa companies and brands and selected a Bullfrog Spa because of the modular design (swappable JetPak system) and minimal plumbing. Sierra Hot Tub had exactly what I wanted and provided full service installation, from electrical hookup to filling the tub and adding the initial chemicals. They also provided training on all aspects of the spa's operation and water care. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
